ABOUT US

Knoxville Cabinet Pros is a locally run cabinet company that designs, installs, refaces, and replaces cabinetry for businesses and homes across Knox County. The crew works out of a shop in Halls, where every door sample, hinge, and finish board gets tested before it ever reaches a client’s kitchen.

Most new work arrives through word of mouth, with roughly 7 in 10 projects coming from a referral or a returning client. That kind of loyalty usually comes down to small habits done consistently, like returning calls the same day and leaving every jobsite cleaner than it was found.

Why We Started

Knoxville Cabinet Pros began after its founder spent years as a finish carpenter for a large regional remodeler, watching solid cabinet boxes get hauled to the landfill simply because the doors looked dated. Many of those kitchens only needed new fronts and a careful install, yet homeowners were rarely offered that option.

The first job was a refacing project in a Sequoyah Hills ranch house, finished with a borrowed trailer and a single helper. Neighbors started asking questions, a few local property managers followed, and by the end of that first year the calendar had filled with 38 kitchens and a handful of small offices.

OUR MISSION

The mission is to give Knoxville property owners straight advice on whether to install, reface, or replace, then carry out that work with a finish carpenter’s eye. Sometimes that means talking a client out of a bigger project than they need, which has happened more times than anyone here can count.

Restaurants, clinics, and family kitchens all get the same written scope and the same materials chosen for East Tennessee humidity. A cabinet door that sticks is just as frustrating behind a host stand as it is beside a stove, so nobody gets a lesser standard.

OUR VISION

Knoxville Cabinet Pros aims to be the first call for cabinetry anywhere between Farragut and Strawberry Plains, known as much for honest answers as for tight, even reveals. Growth will stay deliberate, with apprentices trained in-house. The person who measures a job will keep being the person who oversees it.

There’s a bigger goal too, which is keeping usable cabinetry out of local landfills. More Knoxville kitchens get refaced instead of torn out each year, and the team plans to keep nudging that number higher through careful assessments and better refacing materials.
